The AKC spring Scurry has begun, itā€™s a fun and easy way to add a title: FITB.
Fit Dog Bronze requires two checkboxes from a list of possibilities. It just so happens that you can complete two of them on your own, virtually, at the same time. And you can do this with two dogs.
The Spring Scurry fulfills one of the requirements Runs, and it just started. In the Spring Scurry, you record your walks to complete a virtual 5k. The virtual 5k can be broken up, and not done in one go.
The other requirement which you can complete while performing the Spring Scurry Walks And Hikes is completed by walking 75 minutes a week, for 8 weeks.

Tebow
Tebow has reached FitDog Silver level. We walk almost every day, from .8 to 1.0 miles. We've done Fit Dog walks with a local Fit Dog Club and community walks. Our breed is allowed to break up the 5K into segments so you don't have to do it all at once. We'll eventually get FD Gold but for now, we are still walking, meeting neighbors, playing at the 'fit park' and it keeps BOTH of us in shape. Contrary to popular belief, bulldogs are not suppose to be little fatty couch potatoes. (And neither am I!!!)

@paw7004 thats great! Tebow will get gold, just a question of time.

EB are definitely not lazy. No dog is lazy, just depends on the owners how active they are. My previous Duke, him n Nyala was walking 4-5KM daily. When we got Jake, Dukeā€™s pure blood brother he was 2.5y/o but was on an acreage in big dog runs. I figured he can walk like his brother, pffft, after 1km, he was pooped out for hours lol.
