Add the Sam Simon Foundation. http://www.samsimonfoundation.com/ They do free neuters/spay and surgeries to low income individuals in addition to many other services.

Thank you for this post. I have contacted some of these organizations to help with Dozer's surgery and some have donated to it. He is scheduled for his first appt on 9/22/16. Then, we will schedule surgery. Woo hoo. My baby is going to get some relief.
