Kidney care food for sale

My bulldog was recently diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and unfortunately we had to say bye to her sooner then we expected. We purchased a hills 12kg kidney care biscuits and 12 cans of kidney care food that hasn’t even been used. Is there anyone on here that would benefit from using this food for there dog. Happy to take half of the price we paid for it. I have attached photos. We are based in southeast London. What are you doing?

I am so so sorry for your loss.

Sadly anything made with Hills is grains and fillers. Dogs should not consume Science Hills, Royal Canine, Purina or you’ll be visiting your vet often

Thank you for your kind words and responses. This was the food product the vet advised to use once we found out she had kidney failure to help support her kidneys. This is the first place I’ve posted but will try other search engines. Thanks
