I hate to say this, but her diet is very poor. A poor diet will equal a low immune system, which will lead to ALL of the problems you are telling us about.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow me to send you a coupon for a free bag of AvoDerm Dog food. While it is not the best of the best, I have two bulldogs who do great on it that otherwise have skin issues. They also love it, it has a special smell unlike any other dog food I have ever tried. Get her off Science Diet and switch to AvoDerm, and no more table scraps. Unless you give her straight chicken, beef, ect without seasonings and BBQ sauce, it is bad for her. If you want to give her table food, cook up some baby carrots or green beans, again- no seasonings. You can also give these to her frozen as a treat.
The canned gravy is probably the worst of all. Not only is it costly for you to add that to her dog food, it is probably the main source of her problems. If you must use a 'topper' to get her to eat her food, try some canned food made by some of the manufactuers on the top of our Dog Food Ratings. If you go to a Petsmart, you can get Blue Buffalo canned food, I have used this before and it actaully has real good stuff in it. It looked like something a human could eat. Here is the Dog Food Ratings: http://www.englishbulldognews.com/DogFoodAnalysis.html
Or 'resident' food expert here on English Bulldog News, Lindathedogsmaid says these are the best dog foods for bullies: Fromm, Nature's Logic, Nature's Variety & Merrick, in that order.
The number one mistake people make with their bullies (MYSELF INCLUDED!) is their diet. Molly was diagnosed with allergies and a bad skin infection, it was horrible. You can read her story here: http://www.englishbulldognews.com/DogFood-Then_And_Now.html
I totally know you think you are doing special things for her and giving her the best by doing what you are doing- but I promise you - a new diet will change her life.
This is also one of the reasons so many bullies end up in rescues, shelters and the streets because people give up on them, not knowing they really need a good diet.
One more thing, when you switch foods, switch slowly- don't do it overnight. A little more of the new food at a time.
